She was married to Tony Curtis was her partner between June 1950 and September 1992. She had two children, Kelly Curtis as well as Jamie Lee Curtis. Leigh began her filming career when she signed an MGM contract in the mid-1940s. Her work was noticed by actress Norma Shearer. She starred as Norma in several popular films throughout time, including Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho in 1960, and Living It Up, a Martin and Lewis film released in 1954.
