Pastor

Dwayne was the first pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he was ordained in 2007. He is a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne is a zealous advocate for training the new generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several online articles and is a co-author in Christ Centered biblical counseling, changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie have three kids.
